A planning tool, not a guarantee

JourneyPilot helps you plan and navigate trips. Place details, hours, prices, travel times, and weather come from third-party services and can change or be wrong. Always confirm critical details — reservations, opening hours, transit, entry requirements — with the venue or official sources before relying on them.

Safety features

Travel Safe provides general reference information: commonly used emergency numbers, nearby facility search, and a place to record your own medical details. It is provided as a convenience, is not medical advice, and may be incomplete or out of date for your location. In any emergency, contact local emergency services directly. The medical card displays only what you choose to enter and is stored only on your device.

Bookings

Flights, hotels, and cars are booked on third-party sites that open inside the app. Those transactions are between you and that provider under their terms; JourneyPilot is not a party to them and is not responsible for their pricing, availability, or service.

Subscriptions and billing

JourneyPilot includes 3 free days with full features for every new install, no payment details required. Continuing afterward requires a JourneyPilot Pro subscription, billed to your Apple Account: $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year (prices may vary by region), auto-renewing unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Your trip data remains on your device regardless of subscription status.

Pilot AI

Pilot answers are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Fair-use limits apply. Verify anything that matters before you rely on it.

Your content

Journal photos, videos, and notes you add are yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to any content you share from the app to other platforms.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and original content are owned by MindArray Labs LLC and protected by copyright. Map data, imagery, and weather are provided by Apple; some place photos are provided by Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons contributors under their respective licenses.

Provided as is; limitation of liability

JourneyPilot is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindArray Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app — including travel decisions made with it — and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

License

Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
